Who are you?
The staff at Dead Parrot (you can also call us DrWhoUSA.com) has been fans of what we sell for nearly as long as we've been alive, and have been providing a sort of fan-to-fan sales service since 1989. We've never been the biggest on the block, and we've certainly not been very quick at ramping-up online. But we care about what we sell, and we care about you, our friends and customers.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We try to keep a good stock of inventory on-hand, but it's not possible to keep everything in-stock at all times. We strive to ship out in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items which we need to back-order will take 2-4 weeks to receive from our suppliers, after which we'll ship them out to you immediately.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards -- Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover -- as well as money orders, CODs, personal checks and PayPal.
What shipping methods do you use?
Our standard shipping options (i.e. those available through the secure shopping cart) are the U.S. Postal Service and UPS Ground. However, if you wish to have your package shipped via Federal Express and/or Airborne Express, just drop us a line and let us know.
Is it safe to transmit my credit card information through your shopping cart?
We're very committed our our customers' online safety. Our shopping cart is hosted on a secure server, so it's completely safe to send us credit card information and other sensitive information. Please do not send us this information via e-mail, as this is a much more vulnerable medium. If need be, we're happy to conduct transactions by phone or fax to ensure your information's security.
